Foreign trained nurse looking for a job offer to fast track EE application

Hello everyone,
I have opened an account in the Express entry pool under foreign skilled worker last 2018 with NOC 3012. While I have been quite unlucky with PNP and with the draws because of my score, is there a possibility to receive an offer thru the canadian job bank not as a nurse but as a nurse aid or caregiver instead? Would that help my express entry application?

No there is no fast track. You need a job offer and then the employer needs an approved LMIA.

Caregiver and nurses aids are not a NOC A, B or 0 roles. So it won't help you with Express Entry.
