Foreign remote work experience eligibilty for points

I have 1 year of remote experience while I was in Canada and working remotely for a job back home country.
Study started - 15 jan 2022
ended- 07 sept 2022

remote work exp started - 15 sept 2022 to 19 sept 2023
work permit applied on - 1 nov 2022 and got implied status

the only question i am having now is my remote work experience from 15 sept 2022 to 1 nov 2022 untill i applied my wp and came on implied status will count towards points or not as technically I was on a study permit till 1 nov 2022 and was also working remotely but my studies were completed on 07 sept 2022.

I worked for 2 jobs during my work permit in canada while at the same time i was working remotely in the time period from 1 nov 2022 to 19 sept 2023 , which i know that I ca claim points either for my remote foreign work exp or in canada exp .

So you included your foreign work experience in your PGWP application. You cannot double dip and count foreign and canadian experience at the same time. So your foreign employer has no Canadian offices, clients, customers etc.

no they do not have any clients in canada and yes I will not double dip as I will only try to claim points for foreign exp not the in canada jobs at that time period.
