can you all please kindly share the experience? If your employer has been contacted by IRCC? In what way they contacted your employer (current or ex), what kind of questions they asked? If your employer is in Canada or not?

What should we be careful about?

Just want to know how often would they actually contact your employers and what are the general questions they tend to ask...

I am a FSW Outland Applicant Mate. Received verification call on June 3. They contacted my employer first then called me. I received call from NDVO. The officer was really very polite. She asked me dates of employment, job profile, employer address, salary n such questions related to previous employment. This was a call abt my job that I worked for 8 yrs back..

I see that was a call regarding your previous job not your current right??do they call back if you miss their calls?

Yes the call was to verify previous employment. I suppose if they want to verify details they do contact applicants again in some form either email or phone calls. In my case I missed the call once the VO called back again in 5 minutes.
