In point 1 i intended to ask/know as to how can someone find a job in canada so that he/ she has an offer letter which would in turn add 600 points to his/her CRS. I hope i am clear this time.

Yep, I understood it this time
You use the Job Bank for that (which you needed to register for in order to activate your Express Entry profile); with that said, I still maintain that this is a far harder route to take (since you are, as you said yourself, not in Canada right now, you are in India). You should be trying to get Provincial nominations (getting one also gets you 600 points straight up, and in general, means you are free to look for a desirable job for yourself on your own time once you do get to immigrate to Canada). Most PNPs do prefer or require a CRS of 400 or above, which means you should look at increasing your score by (re)taking the IELTS and getting scores of 8 or above (which should roughly translate to CLB band 9 scores, giving your score a major boost).
