Hi i am international student on work permit now with full time office administrator job on contract basis so is it acceptable for PR.?

What exactly do you mean by "on contract basis"? Are you a full time employee or are you effectively "self employed" contracting to a company?

If you are asking if your job offer will get you 50 points under Express Entry - the answer is no. Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to get the 50 points.
Yes i am on PGWP but i want to know that will it make me eligible for express entry or to apply for PR after 1 year if experience. One more thing will it help me to extend my spouse’s open work permit.
If you have one year of skilled work experience, then you most likely qualify for Express Entry. Whether you are selected depends on how many points you have. Right now you need around 460 points to be selected for PR.
