hi... i just wan to ask. for example like I got my PR card already, at ang asawa ko ay wala pa sya dito at gusto ko sana syang i-apply sa spousal open work permit, pano any processing nun?

Hi! NBI clearance lang yong lacking sa papers ko, but I will just attach copies of all the documents I can think of. I don't know kasi if baka may makita pang kulang. Hoping and praying for the best talaga. Good luck to us.

Regarding my medical exam results, valid pa kasi yong sa akin till October 2014. But I don't have a copy of it with me kasi ang doctor yong nag-forward sa CIC. I will have to ask her pa if she can give me a copy of the form they sent before. Uhm, I wonder if may same case sa akin dito who can advise me about this. Very much appreciated yong advise nyo.

Sis.. Mg rereapply din asawa ko. Halos same kyo ng timeline before.. He got his pcc already.. Maybe nxtweek pero we decided paper application p rin.. Kc we want to included the copy ng reason ng refusal nia.. At kung anu man ung lahat ng docs n nsubmit nmin before iupdate lng nmin... Like my work permit dapt expired nia sa oct 2014 na noc b ako dti ngyn ng upgrade n to noc o n ako ngyn saka update notice of assestment saka new lmo and new work permit new contract payslip at iba pang supporting docs idagdag lng nmin ung Pcc nia.. Kc ung nmn tlga ang reason ng refusal. Kung idedeny pa ulit nila i dont think of anymore reason.. Cguro hihintyin nlng nmin ung sa Pr application which is... we already had our medical.

By the way my question is this I am applying for SOWP and my two daughters (both minor one 3 yrs. old & one 6 yrs. old) will be accompanying me , my youngest is appying for TRV and my eldest is open study permit , since they are minors ano lang po ba yung requirements na dapat isubmit ng 3 yrs. old TRV applicant atsaka 6 yrs. old open study permit applicant?

Im not familiar with TRV pero Sa 12yr old son ko who is applying for open study permit, i just submitted his NSO birth cert and letter of acceptance. Online applicants kami but not thru VFS.

Ang pgkakainti ko sa tanung mo is.. pr ka na.. Ang spousal open work permit ay inaapply lng ng mga asawa ng mga skilled worker dito sa canada.. So it means kung pr ka na ang dpat iapply mo sa asawa mo spousal sponsorship.. Magkaiba po kc ang spousal sponsorship sa spousal open work permit,. Para sa mga onctract worker lng ako Sowp. Sana nsagot ko ung tanung mo..

My aunt is now a PR in Calgary, Alberta Canada. She wants to help me to work in canada so hinanapan niya ako ng employer back in January 2013 of last year. I was a call center agent at that time and I decided to stop working to focus on my application for working abroad. Nag training pa ako sa TESDA ng basic welding just to add some documents on my application. And yung boss niya ang naging employer ko, so she said na i aapply nya daw ako ng LMO as a Janitor, lumabas po ang aking LMO May 11, 2013 and pinadala po sakin sa pinas. Kinompleto ko po muna ang aking mga documents such as Diploma, Transcript of records, NBI and etc, I submitted my application October 23,2013 and after a couple of weeks naka receive na ako ng email for Medical Request. I did my medical November 5, 2013 ( I passed the Medical examination after checking the results 1 week after) and starting that day nag hintay na ako for the results of my application. I waited several







months siguro mga 4 months ata yon until i received an email stating that "your processed visa will be delivered by the courier 24-48 hours from now", pero kinakabahan pa din ako noon dahil hindi naman stated doon sa email kung approved ba yung visa or not. The next day na received ko yung documents sa bahay namin and doon ko nakita yung refusal letter saying that: "You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay" several factors including:





* limited employment prospects in your country of residence
* your current employment situation

sobrang nalungkot ako nung nakita ko yung refusal letter, hindi ako makakain ng maayos sa kakaisip kung bakit ako na refuse. Parang isang iglap naglaho yung mga plano ko for myself and for my family. I told it right away sa tita ko na na denied nga yung visa ko and pinabasa ko sakanya yung refusal letter. Pati employer ko hindi makapaniwala kung bakit ako na denied pero sa tingin ko dahil wala akong trabaho nung nag apply ako sa CEM. Right now sabi ng tita ko i-rereapply daw niya ulit ako ng LMO and she will add some documents( I don't know what document is that), sad to say until now hindi nag rereply sakin tita ko if nakausap niya na yung employer ko, i don't know pero parang feeling ko yung employer ko is no longer interested in helping me. but i am still hoping na makapunta talaga ako sa canada. Sa ngayon po lagi akong tumitingin sa internet ng mga job opportunities in canada hanggang sa makita ko itong forum na ito, lalo akong nagkaroon ng lakas ng loob na maging matatag at laging mag dasal na sana one day ibigay din sakin ni GOD ito. and hoping na makahanap ako ng bagong employer na makakatulong sakin. Gusto ko talaga makapag abroad para makatulong sa pamilya ko at saaking sarili na maging successful. Right now I am working as a Service Crew in Mcdonalds, kaka start ko lang po and still hoping na makapunta sa canada. Maraming salamat po

Hello..... Yung sa akin po wla. SOWP dn ako. Wlang red ribbon, at hndi rin authenticated. Ung normal lang pati ung sa husband ko na principal applicant wla rin. Tapos approved visa na po ako. Pero baka depende lang cguro.

Hello friends!!

This is regarding sa PASSPORT REQUEST.

So CEM requested my son's passport saka Appendix A . Dun sa letter na pinadala nila sa akin yung dalawang yun lng tlga ang hiningi. Although yung file na nkaattach dun sa appendix A eh may kasamang APPENDIX B which is the photo specification. Pero dun sa letter hindi nmn din ininclude yun sa requirement na ipapasa. Gnun ba tlga? Iba iba ng requirements?
Kinakabahan tuloy ako na bka kailangan pla ng pictures tpos hindi ko naipasa.

Tpos sabi din dun sa letter na i think standard letter nila yun sa lhat na magppdala daw sila ng medical instruction sa email pero wala nmn ako ntnggap. Siguro kc nkita nila na may medical na yung anak ko nung Feb. For his student visa application.
