nov 27 - received mail by cem approval
dec 03 - visa on hand!

I suggest sa SLMC Global SLEC kayo magpamedical. Doon nagpamedical baby ko this week lang. And walang tao nun. Maayos ang facility, walang pila, malamig ang lugar, accommodating ang staff and mabilis ipasa ang results.

Hi mga sis and bro I need your help. I belong to this forum also and waiting for my hubby 's result sa SOWP. I'm planning magapply sa AINP this month kasi ang fear ko baka magbago nanaman ng program ang immigration like what they did sa CEC. Nagcheck na ko sa ibang forum hindi ko makita ung right answer kaya nagtry ako dito . Magbabakasakali ako dito na may nakaexperience na po magapply sa AINP under employer driven category. Ask ko sana if need po ba ng language test if under NOC B? kasi nakagalay lang eh need to take under NOC C and D ng language test but hindi nakaindicate sa ibang NOC level. PLease help me on this para makapagpasa na ko this month if hindi need ng language test. Kasi celpip exam sked ko is jan 2014 pa. Many thanks sa mga may mashashare...

Ang alam ko sis, need mong makapasa muna sa language test, kc s lhat ng immgrant nirerequire ito..
Mas mababa lng yata nid n score s noc c and d, im not pretty sure sis, pero search ka pa rin, my hubby kc ngapply n sa sa ainp b4 ngclose nung nov 28,kasama ung cert n nkpasa cya s ielts kc req din un.

opo nag apply po hubby ko last 2011 pa..binalik tlaga nila ang passport at may due date na 1 month cla na ibinigay(CEM).2 weeks after pagka submit sa PP...visa approved na....

Sa pgkakaalam ko po,. Hindi ka advice ng cem about sa renewal ng passport.. Kc sabi nga sa akin dti ng agency ko.. Its my responsibility daw n mgparenew ng passport.. So kung anu ung expiry ng passport mo ung ang magiging expiration ng ibbgy nila sayong visa.. Un po ay sa aking palagay lng.. Kc gngan mga senaryo n nkikita ko at nririnig mula sa aking mga friends.. I advice n mgrenew k ng bago.. Ang hindi ko alam paano mo mkukuha ung passport mo s knila... Problema ko din yang passport ko kc mg aply nko ng bgong permit.. Sayng ung two years n ibbgy s akin pero mukhng mlabo kc.. Malapit n ma expired ung passport ko so.. Susundin nila ung expiration nun.. Too late for me to renew.. Pede rin ihahabol ko nlng.

Hi po..bago lang po ko dito..just want to gain some information about my son's MR.haven't received yet..were applying tourist visa for him (is it same as TRV po?) Nareceive q na po MR ko last sept.23 pa as spousal open work permit po.den did my med.last oct.9 according to iom po naforward na nila result last oct.23.confused lang po aq about my son's MR..almost mgkalapit lng po yun date ng pagpasa ntin ng papers..july 29,2013 po yun smin ng son ko.ive asked vfs operator kung bkit wala ko narereceive n MR ng anak ko den they replied na pwedeng di n sya nirequire ng cem.pwede po kya tlaga yun?sana po matulungan nyo ko.tnx in advance po

Hi.. Kagagaling ko lang yesterday sa catholic services.. I ask them about ainp skilled.. Ni need ng ielts at education.. As long as you got the support from employer.. Your qualified to apply under ainp employer driven skilled category.. You can try it,. Wala nmn mwawala its free...

I assume that you applied for both an SOWP and a TRV at the same time. Tama ba? If oo, how old is your son and how long will he be staying? kasi for those na staying longer than 6 mos, they still require a MR. if less than 6 mos naman ang stay niya, no need for MR. Pero dapat within 16 days meron na siyang sagot if approved or hindi. Hindi masyado matagal ang issuance nila ng TRV kapag hindi naman long ang stay.

Ang case naman ng husband ng daughter ko, we passed their SOWP and TRV ng Sept 24, then nauna makareceive yung husband ko ng MR. Then after 1 month na wala pa rin sa daughter ko, nagfollow up kami. 2 weeks after ng follow up nakakuha na kami ng MR for my daughter. 2 years old ang daughter ko.

With regards to my passport, maexpire sya ng march 2014.
What if matatakan sya ng cem. Tpos po gusto ko irenew bgo ko umalis.
Panu po un stamp nun?
Do you think po Cem will notify me na need ko po muna mag renew ng passport. Kc wala na syang 6months dba po?

Alam ko yung validity ng permit mo based sa passport expiration date mo. So if mageexpire na yan, dapat renew muna before apply. And alam ko rerefuse nila ang application kapag hindi within 6 mos eh. Pero pwede ka pa rin magreapply. Unless sila ang reason kung bakit matatagalan ka bago maparenew ang passport.

Yes we both applied for sowp and trv for my son.his 3 years old..we requested him to stay within the authorized stay of his father.it was until May 2015..what should I do and how can we follow up for his MR?I'm so bothered after I backread on this forum

mia and I sent an email here manila-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca inquiring the delay in the MR request of our baby. We sent the email last Nov 8 and they replied back last Dec 2 with the MR request as the attachment. hope this helps. If your son is staying more than 6 months, he needs to undergo a medical request. as for the medical procedure, SLMC SLEC GC only took my daughters height and weight and then was interviewed by the resident physician.
