Online app ka pala, dapat meron na po result ng app mo. Am very much sure na positive yong result ng app mo, kasi matagal yong feedback. Kasi yong mga nadedeny sa online app mabilis di po ba?

Yes, online application yung friend ko...hoping nga for the best result...sana approve visa na...like those applicants sa fb page ng spousal open work permit...she got an approved visa within a month of processing lang...

Hi! I just submitted my passport today. I applied online.

Here's my timeline:

Jul 26 - First submission of SOWP
Jul 29 - MR requested by CIC
Aug 12 - MR received by CIC
Sept 15 - First application refused since there's no NBI cert
Sept 22 - Second submission with NBI cert
Sept 24 - MR status: passed (I uploaded the MR receipt only)
Nov 3 - Passport requested (but status in CIC is still "Not Started")
Nov 4 - Passed my passport in CVAC

Need to wait for 3-5 working days for my passport.

I don't know the process yet after I receive my passport though.

At least nagmomove yong mga apps natin. Share niyo pa po time lines niyo, kasi nakakagaan ng loob pag may naapproove na app. Para bang yong app mo yong naaprobahan, hehe.

Hi Michael,
I came here on a study visa, they just asked me these questions:
a. purpose of coming here
b. what school? what program?
c. where to stay

They might ask you something related to your spouse, san sya work etc... Hope this helps.
Just don't be nervous and maintain eye to eye contact & be confident when being interviewed.

My husband is already there and we are waiting for his ainp nomination, another option lng nmin tong pagaaral ko pra just in case d umabot sa working permit nya may isa p kmeng way for him to stay in canada while waiting sa ainp.
Advice ng immig. Lawyer nmin to study pra ma-apply ko xa SOWP.

Congratulations! definitely It's POSITIVE result for you kasi na approved na ang kid mo e...sabay naman sya sa application mo di po ba? If I am not mistaken almost 3 months palang in process ang papers nyo? tama po ba?

Yes kapatid, me and my son. I used representative kasi for my application, so the email add used was under the representative's email address. But for my son, i filled out my email address on his app. I'm still waiting for the rep's email if he received already an email from the CEM.

September 16 ko sinumbit, so less than 2 months lang. Yes sabay ko sinumbit, sabay din yong medical request namin. Sana nga mag email na yong representative ko para malaman ko na rin yong result ng app ko.

Received an email from my representative and the result of my application was also approved. I'm very much thankful for this forum because it helped me a lot in filling out our application forms, and for other infos.
