For online application where application file will be processed ,please help

Recently I applied for TRV for my mom, online application.
My question is that ,for paper application , Singapore process our file, (for Bangladeshi resident )
For online application is the same as aperture application ? That Singapore office will process my online application ?

It is likely that is the case, but applications can be moved around on CIC's discretion at any time to any part of the world.

The time posted online is the average for 80% of the applications to be processed. That mean 1 out of 5 applications WILL go over that timeframe.

Usually people get their passport request after two or three weeks of medical , in my case I got medical request after 6 months , some people get medical request with in a month , for me it took only one month to get the passport stamped after medical, so it all depends.
