Can anybody tell me. My spouse is working as a police officer in Kerala. He applied for sowp to Canada. His decision is under processing for a long time .we applied together on June 28 th and I got my student visa. His file status changed to review of eligibility processing this month November 2nd.now it's almost 3 weeks review started and waiting for his decision. Can anyone reply
