for Federal investor processing Time....

For Federal lnvestor catagory file processing time is now 54 Months, singapore off. This approx time for only "COMPLETE APPLICATION PACKAGE" , what about simplified application ? I have applied 45 month ago. My question is, When ever CIC ask me for total COMPLETE documents, from than they will count 54 months or ??? Pls, Help.

I asked this same question in another post earlier this year and was told that the processing time would be from the date that they received your simplified application.

However, I don't think that 54 months is realistic in your case if they have not requested your documents as yet.

I applied using simplified application in Sept 2007 (federal entrepreneur - Port of Spain office) and my AOR said 36 - 48 months before they process. After 48 months I contacted them and they sent me a request for all of my documents (business, financial etc) in Dec 2011, these were submitted in March of 2012 and some additional documents in August 2012.

I have not heard anything from them since.

Did they give you a processing time in your AOR? If so and that time has passed then you should definitely get in contact with them and see what happens.
