For CIC use only?

Hey guys

I am filling up some family sponsorship forms and there is a box on the top right hand side of some of these forms that says "For CIC use only"

The box asks for the following information: Client ID, UCI, FOSS ID

My question is do I have to fill that box?

So I write in my UCI number in there?

Or do I leave it blank?

I know this is an old post. Anyway, I just reviewed my application yesterday and noticed that I entered our UCI in this field on imm5669e for some reason (I am not sure what happened). Does anyone know if there are any ramifications of doing this? (i.e They will request a new form after AOR, return the application? etc.) If you have any experience with this, let me know.
