your visa office is causing the possible delay.

Remember having said what i said....it doesn't mean that 4131 and 4121 is a walk in the park for many people (me included). Its a walk in the park for those who worked in the type of institutions/jobs that i mentioned earlier. For the rest of us....its probably a decline.

I was looking forward for your guidance too.. How many job responsibilities are to be shown in 4121 and how many in 4131. what if one has not written any research paper or any article?

I've been lecturing in Saudi University since 2006.......I applied under NOC 4131.....I am waiting my AOR since I sent my application on 30 DEC..... hope we all hear new news soon....

Show the responsibilities that you did with respect to the ones that they listed. If you did anything extra that enhances your application, then list them too. I think one of the NOCs do not require research.

Just a small piece of advice, time will just fly. I think in the mean time you can start to get prepare with the documents required for the next step. My personal experience, I waited a long time till got the AOR from Novo Scotia. Time is very precious, start preparing for your next step. If you have any question, I'm happy to share from my experience.

you know that people who had applied in November 2009, had started getting AOR's, Also AOR's for the people applied on 24/11/2009..
Sounds great!!!!!!!!
But again the problem is no updates for 4131 and 4121..,
Is there any other who got AOR in our category.

I applied under NOC 4121, I have around 10 yeras teaching experience in different universities in Pakistan and currently I am working in college in Saudi Arabai. I applied on 13th January 2010 and my initial application reached sydney, NS on 20 January 2010, and waiting for AOR

I applied in jan 2009.Got Aor NS Feb full application may 2009 chc London, "in process" Jun 2009, IELTS request july 2009, submitted IELTS results oct 2009, Jan 2010 requested chc London about application status. Got reply "File awaiting review by an Officer" ????? NOC 4121, presently Full Univ Prof. Head dept prestigious University, educ doc IVY League Univ.USA, >100 publications Visiting Prof......UK France Canada. USA permanent resident, English written submission not accepted asked to take IELTS. This is ......Canada........Anything is possible. Previously Canadian Permanent resident Lived in Canada 2 years. I requested Withdrawl of PR and reapplied as Residency requirement (remained outside Canada) did not meet.
