My dd had been encashed on 7th feb but No AOR till today... I dont know what had happened to me...
can anyone tell how to contact CIO?

im still waiting for our AOR also and the fee was already posted on our credit card bill....i have told by one of my friend here in manila., that her AOR was also sent thru post or courier not by email ,20 days after her application fee was encashed...same NOC 4131 and 4121...so im thinking maybe its a case to case basis...

Dear Friends,

My sister is a Montessori teacher in India for the past 7-8 years. Since the past 2 years, she has accepted a position as a Center Coordinator where her tasks are overall administration of the institute as well as training new and old teachers in the Montessori method of teaching. Does this make her eligible to apply under NOC4131 and can she be considered as internal/corporate trainer? My other question is that does this have to be sole/primary purpose of employment or could it be combined with other duties? After all, nobody lectures/trains 40 hours a week.

Secondly, the application guide does not ask for any documents of experience, education etc to be sent to Nova Scotia for the initial assessment? So how does CIC make the decision? Also, is it advisable that one should atleast send the IELTS score for initail assessment?

They mostly look at the duties to see if you are eligible and if they approve it and you send in the documents to the visa office, the visa office will do a more thorough check

The assessment is made purely on the roles you write in the initial application. I would advise to attach this as an extra. The application form box is not big enough if you want to be accepted! . If the teaching is 50% of the role i'd say you would be ok

Hello,
My wife has 2 years expe. One year from NOC 4131 (as a chemistry college teacher) and 4121. Currently she is working on NOC 4121 as a university lecturar (School of Material Engineering). My question
can she use both NOC code in the application form? In the application form space is not enough for explain all the job duties. On this regards what should we do?
Pls give me your suggestion

Just found this thread. I have applied under 4131 - vocational instructor. I have about 1.8 yrs of computer training experience. My issue is I dont have pay slips or tax returns to prove my employement. The only proof I have is experience letter listing all my duties, hours of work and salary.

Do any of you know if Buffalo will ask for tax papers at the final stage of processing?
