I have paid by Visa Credit Card. But Visa Debit Card will work if you have international trx active on it.

Thanks Sharanjit and Doglover, I used Visa debit card of ICICI bank and it worked.

My score point is 381 .
Firstly : do i hold any chance and if yes when do u expect the cut off...

Secondly :how does it goes coz everytime people with higher score will keep on getting added making my chances next to nil.
Third and the most important my application status : Not yet invited though open : what does that means?

Finally my wife has been invited to take oath of Citizenship on 01/09/15. I have both mixed emotions(happy/sad) as i am moving to Canada on 02/09/15 and i won't be able to be with her during this moment of joy. Now we are thinking about rescheduling the oath but only if she gets invited to a ceremony soon, well she will be calling CIC tomorrow morning to find out the possibilities.
