Haal vadiaa hai,

Nai initial assessment/ background check report jiddo clear hundee hai taan hee "in process ' aundaa hai, security check v naal nal hee chaldaa hai, ethhay some senior members claim that it takes place after PP submission , but it is not true in all cases, many time they start it quite early , even before 'in process' status!!!( written in C-pais notes of some of the forum member)

Background check at the time of "in process' status taan hee hundaa if Senior visa officer nu 'initial investigation' ch kuch doubtful/unsatisfactory lagdaa aa( main reason for comparatively more time period for some cases), otherwise 'In process' vich taan final 'Medical letter'/Interview daen daa decision hundaa, ('IN Process' daa matlab hai kee "now Senior Visa officer is thoroughly assessing ur file after getting Background remarks from all Juniors clerks/officers," it is the Senior Visa officer who sign medical letter finally)

Security checks ch sirf Criminal record check hundaa hai.

hahahahaha, good guess, but baai jee main kalla nahi jineey bhejii hai , bahut jantaa hai jehdee documents naal he RPRF bhejdee hai( even CHC prefers it at the time of full document submission- it is fact ) , jay eh gal hovaay taan oh sirf Veri calls hee kardaay rehan, fir taan lag giaa visa jantaa daa!!!
