I hav got my passport reissued with address change n addition of spouse name.
Do I hav to update new PP now to VO or wil send when ask 4 PPR?

It doesnt make sence, because it means I can get the CAIPS for you without your knowledge if I have your file number or Unique ID? They must have some privacy policy.
