Can someone tell who filed application at NDVO in 2010/2011. what is the expected timeline for processing application that NDVO said, when they received AOR from NDVO.

If you have Bcomm , you will get enough credits towards CGA designation. All you need is a break into this profession.

An update from my side.....

Decision made on Oct 10.

VO asked for passports for both of us and we have sent it yesterday. Hope to get them back with PR visa by end of October.

One more question....... Hopefully I get my passports back with PR visa stamped with CoPR........ After that I need to re-enter Canada......

Can I do it in Canada-US border without having US Visa? I have my US visa but my spouse doesnt.

We were thinking to go to either Niagara falls or Buffalo border and just re-enter Canada..........

Absolutely , you can got to the nearest US - Canada border and complete landing procedure by flag polling . In your case , US immigration will issue your wife a rejection letter at the border . This rejection letter does not have any effect on your future applications to US . All the best !!

I applied my immigration while being in Canada....I think I can consider myself as inland applicant. WIll I need to do this procedure?
I received my Work Permits without going to Border...........

Yes , for activating your PR status you have to do this . If you are inland applicant you have two options , either go to the closest US border or book an appointment with CIC ( Ive never seen anyone doing that ) . Going to US is the easiest way .

Hello friends, I visted and lived in Canada on valid 27 months student visa in year 2009 for time period of 10 months, I passed 1 semester but left next semester inbetween n withdraw from university, had to retun back due to family problems, but I did not inform Canada embassy about anything neither in Canada nor in India so far.. hun license exam denn jaan waste visitor visa apply karna ...ki chances ne visa laggan de ? ki eda negative effect hai ga ?
