Hi,

3.5 years before my father applied family immigration and I was dependent. But now I am not dependant upon my parents as well as I am married. So I am not eligible for that immigration. We have submitted our documents to immigration office in Islamabad, Pakistan, 2 years before. My documents were also sent to immigration office coz I was eligible at that time too. Now as I am not dependent so I want to apply my case separately as skilled worker. I have calculated my marks, and I qualify in that.
But as I have mentioned above that my documents has already been submitted to immigration office (Original Matriculation, Intermediate, Bachelor’s Degree).
I want to know if there is a way,

1) So I can get my original documents back from Immigration office and my other family members can remain in immigration?
2) I can apply myself as skilled worker with additional documents and refer my OLD case for the documents I already have submitted?

Is that possible??
Please let me know how I should move forward. I am stucked... Please help me out...

Kar day yaar, and I hope ke positive outcome aaye gaa, fir dekh kina vadiaa hoo jay gaa.

If v talk about other side of coin, maximum worst kee sakdaa hai?? , negative result!! I don't think ke is decision daa thode old application naal koi relation hai, baaki seniors with better help.

Dekhi jau hun result auga 22 nu.
4 din maujja mariyaan main CHD vich.

Written paper too easy c,but no comments on Reading coz 18 true false wale sun.

Interview meri 13 minutes hoyi c par main count kitta k madam ne almost 30 35 quest puche,Mainu koi problem nai ayi par Ma'm Petrol te chaddi c,te sadde suba di c,

End te main keha "pleasure to meet u" te usne hoo haannn ve nai kitte te kehndi "U may leave" Mera taan hassa hi nikal gya k BEJATI karti ma'm ne , hahaha. Par koi na 6.5 de deugi taan sissaaa deun main,, LOL


YAAR ,meri ik doubt hai,,,,j mera purana IELTS expire nai hoya taan mainu mere consultant ne new den nu q keha hai ? mera purana IELTS 14 months old hai,

Thats gr8 Hunker baai, mainu yakeen aa kee toon 8 band lai jaayey gaa, kuch nai hundee jay madam nay jawwab nai ditta taan , appan kehdaa ohda ristaa karnaa, appan nu taan number chihdaay hai, don't worry I hope kee aa jaan gay.

Consultant theek kehndaa hai , IELTS should nor be more than 1 year old for PR application, for student visa eh 2 year old is acceptable.
