Follow up in behalf of my agent

Can I follow up my application or write an email inquiry in behalf of my agent? My application was filed in London and the status says "In Process" and I am waiting for the medical request.

Am I authorised to email directly or should I follow it up to my agent? Please help!

You can send them an email that you have canceled your lawyer's representation. And now communication should be done directly to you.
