Flagpoling for WP -Peace arch or Point Robert

Hello All

I have to flagpole this weekend to obtain my Work permit. Can I please get advise if its better to flagpole at Peace Arch or Point Roberts? I didn't come across a good officer at Peace Arch last time so was wondering if might be better at Point Roberts? Please advise.Thanks

Do you know where I could find the hours where I can activate my work permit driving from the us, the closest border is peace arch or pacific highway. Or maybe there is no hour and I could drive there anytime ?
