I have my workpermit LMIA for 2years, my husband has applied for workpermit in jan '23 but didnot received yet, now consultant suggest him for Flagpole. Consultant said my husband has valid visitor record he can go for flagpole.Is there any risk in re entering in canada

The reentry is subject to CBSA getting convinced, like any new entry + the LMIA questions. So there is always a risk involved.
