Flagpole/Landing - No US Visa

Hi everyone, I have a question.

My PR application got approved and I received COPR. I don't have a USA visa. Can you guys please let me know, if i still can do the flagpole or landing on Canadian /US border.

1. Leave Canada
2. Go to US custom and tell them that you want flag poling
3. Get a piece of administration refusal paper from them
4. Come back to Canada and tell CA custom you want to land

Last step is to pray for not getting scold by some rude Canadian CBSA agents

Actually we have 2 friends who did it recently and you don’t have to Go to USA border. All you have to do is tell Canadian agents what you want to do, if you are driving they drive ahead of you to neutral zone and get you back. That’s all
