n December 24, 2024, the Government of Canada ended the practice of “flagpoling”, which happens when a temporary resident leaves Canada and immediately returns to a port of entry to get immigration services. This practice used significant resources at the border, detracted from U.S. and Canadian border enforcement activities, and slowed cross-border traffic. After this measure was implemented, there was an immediate decrease in flagpoling by around 86%, resulting in savings of 4,000 to 8,000 days of work for U.S. Customs and Border Protection

I don't think this has anything to do with the OP's question.

If you were simply turned away at the border without a formal refusal, sometimes it doesn't count as an official refusal. But here it's better to check the details of your case. If in doubt, it's better to write an explanation. Because then the problems can be bigger. In general, in immigration matters, it's better to give more information than less. I once prepared documents and at the same time read many different guides and explanations on different bonus systems and rules. I even saved one for myself, because it explains well how different conditions and exceptions work, you can look here, sometimes such materials help to understand how the logic of verification systems works. I think if you send the explanation now, everything will be ok.

Also " Have you ever been refused entry to Canada or any other country?" can i say yes or no , plezase advice. if i need to modyfy answers can i do after submission

If you have already submitted the application form, you can upload the explanation letter via the webform. This is normal practice.

Yes, you should have included the flagpoling trips since you exited and re entered Canada.

Submit a short webform with the exact dates and mention they were same day trips to renew your work permit. This is routine and not a problem.

For the refusal question, answer No if you were not formally refused entry and have no refusal record.

You cannot edit the form now, but a webform correction is sufficient.
