Hello Friends,

How are you all,hope fine.Brothers and sisters i need some help for applying visa for Canada i am from Pakistan please guide me i have some questions.

1-I have no bank statement but i contact with a consultant and he is saying that he will take 3.5 lac and give me a statement of running finance from bank.The statement will be of 25 lac in which another man transfer money into my account.Is it legal or Illegal because i am much worried.

2-I sold my property and i will get money in first week of June if i take my property income i.e 50 lac and fix it in bank for 1 to 2 years can i illegible to apply visa or the fix deposit also be 4 months old as like bank statement.

3-What is best either fix deposit for 1 year or bank statement or running finance or loan letter.

Please guide me by your expert views because no one here to guide me.

1- Running finance is not ok in my opinion don't go for that.
2- Sale your property and fix it in the account but also attach the proof that you sold property as the source of income.
3- Fixed deposit and bank statement both are ok........

momi OK i will fix my money in my account in June but please tell me the time i.e for how many years and secondly i will fix them in June first week but May i able to apply for visa for September intake....

The minimum bank statement requirement is for 4 months, but if you have strong profile and you can show the source of money then you can take a chance.But if you are applying from Pakistan then please take a note that the CHC Islamabad processing time is 11 weeks or more............

Proof of financial support

You must prove that you can support yourself and the family members who accompany you while you are in Canada. You can prove that you have sufficient funds to support yourself in Canada by showing some of the following:

proof of a Canadian bank account in your name if money has been transferred to Canada;
proof of a student/education loan from a financial institution;
your bank statements for the past four months;
a bank draft in convertible currency;
proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees;
a letter from the person or institution providing you with money; and
proof of funding paid from within Canada if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program.

OK i came to conclusion that if i apply for visa than i can use 50 lac in bank as a fix deposit and take chance and the rest is depend on my luck and prayer.........
