I have sent in my RQ in December 2013, passed my test on May 7. Nothing since. According to eCAS it's processing and the last entry is that I need to appear for test. It doesn't even say I passed the test despite I did. I understand I may need to appear before a judge but seriously, it's been five months at least I should know by now whether I need to or not. What do I do now?

4. None
5. 2008 september 1. Six years ago. Can't wait for the new bill to come into force!!!! I have four years out of six, I have been out only 671 days of the six years -- 112 days average, always under 180 so I am good for the new rules. The old rules wanted 90 days a year. That wasn't to be.

Ecas wont update not until they send you the letter for Oath, but it doesnt mean that you didint pass the test. Did you call MICC? Ask them what keeps your file too long and ask them if the judge approve your application. They can give you the information based on your file. If they says you been approved b y the judge asked them when? They will usually tell you to it will take 6 months after the judge approved your apps but reality it will takes around 2-4 months after the judge approved your file.
