First-time landing requirement based on COPR received via SINP PNP program

Hi,

I got COPR based on the SINP PNP program. I am planning to travel from India to Canada (Saskatchewan). My COPR has port of entry/destination mentioned as Regina, SK

Since there are no direct flights to Saskatchewan from other countries except USA/other canadian provinces. I booked a flight from New Delhi to Toronto. Can someone tell me if I can book a flight from Toronto to Saskatoon even though the city of destination is mentioned as Regina, SK, or should I strictly book a flight to Regina, SK and find accommodation in Regina itself?

could someone tell me if should book flight to Regina and find an accommodation there instead of saskatoon?

You can enter via any port of entry.

It's not an issue. If asked, just tell the truth, stop-off / whatever in Saskatoon before you head to Regina.

Note that at the port of landing (i.e. Toronto), they will want to confirm a mailing address to which to send the PR card.
