Can I enter Canada by road when going first time or does it have to be by air only?

What status will you seeking entry into Canada under? WP? You can enter Canada via land, make sure you meet the Quarantine/vaccinations requirements .. good luck!
Thank you for your reply. Yes we are ICT and OWP. We have a pet and airlines aren’t taking him due to COVID so we’ll have to drive.
