First PR Card

Hi All, I got my COPR on last week of May 2021, and it said that I have to send my photos for PR card through mail. I have sent it after two days but I havent got any acknowledgement from them. I have also heard that now we have to give photos through online portal. But I havent got any email from them.

Can someone have the same situation ? Happy to hear from you guys.

In my COPR there was also instructions about the photos, and where to mail them too. They did not give us an option to do it online. We mailed them back in March and still have not received our cards. We got no acknowledgement from them about the photos, either.
