I landed in Etobicoke on Feb 06, 2020. Application Status: Submitted. Did anyone here knows how long to expect the first PR card?

Probably a few weeks as long as you’ve updated IRCC with your Canadian address. When my husband landed he hadn’t received his PR card after three months and when we phoned to find out why it was because even though he had given a Canadian address when he landed, it still wasn’t updated in their system. They still had his NZ address on file. They changed it over the phone for us and then the card came in about three weeks.

I landed March 16, and still nothing. I have submitted 2 webforms and keep getting told there is an error of some sort with my inquiry (I find hard to believe as I accidentally put my maiden name in the wrong part the first time). I did notice the website did now state that timing is inaccurate due to the COVID-19 situation.

The cards are delayed due to covid. Based on other posts you aren’t the only one who hasn’t received your card.

Landed March 14th. No PR card as yet but I did link my application to my online account

Now that it is May, did anyone receive their PR card ? Can you please update the chain ?

My PR was approved on 19th May, but because of COVID I dont have to do Landing. They just sent me a document of stating I need to send them photo for PR card. Hoping it wont take a month since I cant leave the country.

Wow that is amazing!!!! I wish they remove soft landings for everyone!
