A copy of one of the following:

your Income Tax assessments issued by Canada Revenue Agency for two (2) years within the past five (5) years, or

I am applying for PR Card for the first time.
But do I need to send my passport's all pages and Income Tax assessments OR University Transcript or School Record?

I mean I have never paid the tax to Canada Revenue Agency nor took any course at Canadian University.
Anyone please help?

You don't need to apply for the first PR card -- it will be mailed to you as a consequence to your landing.
