First of all how is Engg Management course in canada and second about good universities for it?

I am mechanical engineer and wanting to go for engineering management but am really confused as i am totally unaware about its outcome.If anyone who can help me determine its future and providing list of good institutes then it would be really helpful.

There are 3 universities providing MEM and all of them require work experience.

I applied for UOIT, as there was no specific mention of any work experience at their end, however for otttawa and windsor the 2 year work experience was required, as I personally mailed them
