Hi! I'm seeking to immigrate to Canada and recently learned I might be eligible to apply under the Indian Act. But I have some questions:
Firstly, is there any percentage of Native American that I have to be in order to apply?
How does this essentially work? Would I be considered a citizen after (be able to find work and such)?
I have a bit of native american in me from my understanding, but does it have to be my entire family?
I'm sure I'll have more questions but this is what I have for now. If anyone has any information that would be great!
