I am looking to do my first landing. Can I do it in Montreal? I have a return flight the same day.
Depends. Have you applied for PR through Quebec?

No I have not.

I got it through Express Entry - Federal Skilled Worker.
I have return flight the same day to India
In that case it's not advisable. Since you applied through Express Entry, you are supposed to be settling outside of Quebec. If your first point of entry to Canada was Quebec and the you had an onward flight to another province in Canada, then it would be OK to land in Quebec. However if you plan to leave Canada the same day, attempting to land in Quebec could potentially cause problems for the landing process. Best / safest option is to purchase a flight that arrives in a city that is not in Quebec (e.g. Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary).
