First asked question regarding driving in ON

Hi All,

I have landed in 2012 in ON; however I returned back to UAE. I could not apply for driving license because there was a mistake in my birthday...

Now I am going to settle down in Canada; Can I still show the letter from AD police regarding my driving experience or it has be just immediately after landing?
