Uuuuuugh. Sent away for my fiances fingerprints (from USA). We are applying for his PR in August. Letter from FBI said that we were missing a signature but we can fax form in.

My question: what if we do not have the FBI info back by the time we want to apply? Do we apply anyways? Do we delay the application?

If they said to fax in the form, they hold your place in line. You can use an online fax service from your own computer, just get it done ASAP.

Thank you. And furthermore, with talks of a Canada post strike, should I still apply if fingerprint results are not back??

We have not sent in our PR application yet as he is not eligible until August. Sent away for the fingerprints back in March 2016.
