Fingerprinting in Lahore for Dubai / Sharjah PCC.

Hello !

Was checking Dubai police's website and they state that an applicant needs to submit in fingerprints and 'decimal fingerprints' taken by an expert.

Can anyone confirm where I should go in Lahore to get these done?
