I submitted fingerprint in 2020. No change on the BG status. Before a month IRCC requested another fingerprint.

Took almost a month for me : submitted fingerprints in Mid Feb 2022 and tracker got updated this week to completed

I submitted my FPs on Feb 28, 2022 to RCMP. IRCC gave me a deadline of April 26, 2022 to submit my FPs. My question - Do we have to inform IRCC that FPs were submitted to RCMP? that way even if the results take longer than my deadline, I would be safe? Would appreciate your response. Thanks!

That's what I did. I uploaded the receipt and agent's document that shows that I did the FP, and submitted them on the web form.

I did in Durham region on 15th Feb and it was electronically sent to RCMP and they would have sent to immigration

Agency sent it to RCMP electronically I think immediately and RCMP didn’t inform me but I saw the status on tracker updated to completed after a month. fingerprint need to taken within 90 days after getting letter but I didn’t see any other deadline

Same as ''Guptavv'', FP should be submitted within 90 days, immediate transfer from the agent to RCMP which should send it directly to IRCC. I did the FP on Feb 14th, but the tracker has not been updated till the moment!
