Finding what insurance to take out?

Hi everybody, I’m moving to New Brunswick in July. I need to get some form of health insurance.

Should I get travel insurance up to 2 years? Or just get health insurance.

Is there any companies you recommend? I got a quote from Cigna health which was £700 a year just for health insurance. I also got a quote from Big Cat travel insurance for £700 but for 2 years. Have you went with any of these companies before?

Any help would be appreciated.
