Finding Job in Calgary-Alberta- Electrical Engineer

Hello Friends,
i just completed my Masters in electrical engineering and moved to calgary for job search in electrical engineering.Is there anyone who can give me insight of the job market,recommend or guide me for some potential job or else give me some references which can help for job.
P.S:i have been applying online from last few months but not getting any response from companies

If you have a Canadian engineering degree with Canadian work experience then you have a chance. Otherwise you will have to redo your engineering degree from a Canadian university. Your engineering degree from back home is only good to qualify for Canadian immigration NOT good enough to get a job. Best option will be to redo your Engineering degree from a Canadian University instead of wasting your time looking for jobs.

Have you completed PEng? If so and you still cant find a job then there is something wrong with Canada dont waste your life and talent here. If you are a Canadian citizen move to USA atleast you are sure to get a respectable job and able to live a respecable life.

I am sorry to say please explore your information paths where you search for.

I have electrical engineering degree from India and I have worked as Electrical Engineer in Canada for like 1.5 years. I didn't go to canadian school to do engineering degree again.

There is no need for Engineers to Re Do whole degree. they need to Write FE Exams which gives them status of EIT (Engineer in Training) and they can be hired as Junior Engineers or Engineer in Training.
