It ask us to choose > Which province or territory do you plan to live in?

now we can choose only one ..

Can someone please guide ? whether we can check for are and apply for all ? Bcz at the end it gives ``personal reference code`` , which required for express entry profile creation ?

shall we need to take personal reference code for each province separate ?

Unless you choose Quebec as your province if preference, it won't matter which one you choose ( assuming that you don't have a nomination from any province).

When you start your EE profile you will have the option of selecting "all provinces and territories" as well as particular province or provinces.
