FINANCIAL EVALUATION Form 1283 - Minimum Necessary Evaluation Amount?

Hello, I am filling out the OUTBOUND Financial Evaluation form 1283 for my daughter who is Canadian and would like to sponsor one person, her Australian husband. They have a newborn baby (who is Canadian) so a family of 3. We are confused as to what amount to enter on Question No. 8 Minimum Necessary Income box. Do we enter $37,650.00? The CIC instructions need to have more clarity you do not know what Table you fall under.

As per the guide, IMM1283 is only required when the applicant has a dependent child with a dependent child.

Again, this form only applies if you are sponsoring a dependent child with a dependent child of their own. You are not sponsoring a grandchild, so it doesn't apply to you...
