Financial documents ?

Dear friends,
In Dec 2016 my ITA application was cancelled by CIC and they requested to apply again with complete documents, now i am ready to apply again.

my question is that my Bank Certificate showing financial proof was for 12 Nov 2016, should i use that same or get a new one ?

Then you don't qualify for PR. You have to maintain the minimum funds until you land. The money is supposed to be for settlement.
