My spouse and I submitted her application for PR under the common law class in October 2021.
We received decision made on March 17, 2022 and on the tracker, her document number was available.
A week later we received PPR for her daughter who is still in the Philippines.
Weeks went by and no word on the portal invite. We were getting worried so we called. Apparently the portal email had been sent twice!! Once on March 17, and again on April 27th but we did not receive it. We checked our junk mail and everything.
I spoke again with IRCC this morning and they advised me that they would escalate it but didn't seem too concerned.
Then at 10:45pm we got the portal email!
Just thought I'd post this to help anyone else who may be going through the same thing. If you're unsure about your application, you can always call IRCC (if they answer).
