we did the first medical exams back on january 8th 2009, and i sadly watched them expired after a year. just when my wife and myself was ready to move to washington state, just to be closer to vancouver that way it was going to be easier for us to move to canada after getting the visa. got the second medical request , did the medicals on june 24th 2010 and just 24 days after medicals on a saturday i get an e-mail from my lawyer (david cohen) in which it reads the following:
Dear applicant:
This concerns your application for immigration to canada.
Our office is concluding your file, before a visa is issued , we require the following :
(X)Original valid passport for each approved applicant.
Your visa will expire on 24-06-2011 . the validity of the visa is subject to the validity of the medical examinations which is of one year from the date when they were initiated and/or the validity of the passports, whichever is earlier. please note that no new medical examination will be authorized to extend the visa. sincerely yours,

I'M living in the state of georgia in the US.We are living illegally with no working permit , with an out of state driving license always afraid of police , georgia is one of the states with the worse anti immigration laws in the country any police traffic violation and you atomatically could be arrested and put under an immigration hold (if you are illegal and with an out state DL)ALWAYS LIVING WITH FEAR back on july 4th i got pulled over by a local police. while the police was checking my documents i was looking at my daugther you could see how worry she was , afraid that she migth lose her dad. because that exactly what this goverment is doing they are SEPARATING FAMILIES ..
i guees i got lucky only got a ticket.
