Finally I recived my Caips today...pls help me to sort out my issues....

Prev refusal noted. Applicant failed 4 semesters in his previous studies. its either due to lack of ability or commitment, I am not satisfied PA will be able to handle studies in Canada given previous difficulties with studies. Proposed course at such great expense given pa's academic background is not justified. I am not satisfied applicant is a bonafide student . I am therefore not satisfied that applicant is not applying for unknown reasons other than studies and as such would be a genuine student. Weighing the information on hand in this specific case, the applicant has failed to establish that they are a bona fide temporary resident who will leave Canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to section R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused.

I am a B.tech Civil Engineer student....
Opted PG Diploma in Project Management- Lambton College...that one was reject with this reasons.....

When did you apply for CAIPS notes? How did you pay? Plz tell this..

so ur backlogs history was mentioned in mark sheets??
we only got mark sheet after clearing the failed subject..... there is nothen mentioned regarding failure

but in Kerala University if you failed in a subject they include that mark along with passed one .... so this 4 backlog is not a issue....

according to me it is not an issue...
moreover you are university applicant now...so you automaticaly have high chances ..good luck
