Finalizing travel history but passport does not have exit stamp

Hi all,

For land border crossings, does the US and Canada mark exit & entry dates?

Context:
I'm finalizing my travel history for PR
Mar 2017: I live in Toronto (on a post-grad work permit) and I drove to the US for a weekend trip. Using US I94 database, the US have my entry date into the country but no exit date was captured on the database. Upon arriving in Canada, I also did not receive an entry stamp on my passport

I arrived at the US border (Peace Bridge) between 1130pm-12am. Meaning that my US exit date could either be Mar 12 2017 (Sunday night) or Mar 13 2017 (Monday morning). I can't recall the exact time I reached the US border and Canadian border so I'm worried if I enter the wrong date that it would reject my PR application?

Question:
1.What is my best course of action?
2.Are there any other methods to confirm my date of exit from US and date of entry into Canada? Did the I94 and wondering if Canada might have something similar

They mention it on website that if you cant recall exact dates, use the best guess. You can mention it in LOE.
