Finalized Application and notice from Officer

Hi guys, I have received my gcms note from IRCC and it indicated that I have passed eligibility and all others and final decision says approved. All these were done on August 20, 2020. However, I have not received any request for passport neither have I received COPR from ircc. Is anyone facing similar problem? What can I do next to facilitate this process. I have made several calls to them and send very web form all to no avail. I’m getting frustrated. Can anyone help out? Thanks

You just have to wait, final approval usually happens at your local VO before they send out PPR.
