My mil from Philippines was finally approved for PGP sponsorship this past year and is landing this coming week. We are excited but can’t confirm one detail that’s technically not related. Does she need an ETA to travel to Canada?
I lean towards no based on her other travel documents for entering into Canada. She has everything on the letter. We thought we might just apply anyways, it’s $7 what’s the downside? But the questions when applying don’t match her situation. She’s here to establish residency. The only option I could think to select is visit family, but it’s not a visitor visa. Does anyone have any experience with this recently?
