final reminder?

I have just received mail with subject "Final reminder"...

And in it says they are giving me 30 days to provide US police clearance .
Nothing would be questioned if I didnt send them that paper together with proof of delivery of application for Mexican one as well around May 25th.
Mexican took roughly 3 months....we got it. We were waiting for PPR and they send me that final reminder that they didn t receive US police clearance.

What does that mean, they lost it or they didnt receive it? Anyone had similar situation?

We sent it on May 25th together with proof of delivery for Mexican pcc..

You will have to ask CIC what is going on, not us. Send a case-specific inquiry -

I thought maybe someone had similar case...they lost paper or something.

Cause, together with US pcc we also sent RPRF fee receipt and some other proofs, but they emailed me just about US pcc.

Anyway, I sent an email last night, together with copy of US police clearance...hopefully they will accept it, because to get American pcc it took us 4 months.

I tried to call but there was no option to talk to anyone. It is just machine talking and saying that all inquiries should be sent by email case specific inquiries?

To speak to someone you should do 1 - 1 - 3 - 1 (after choosing your prefered language).

Keepin mind, that the PCC has to be Original, so they won't accept the Email Attachment.
What I would suggest you is to contact them to understand, why they didn't receive the original copy, that you've sent before.
Don't delay it! Call CIC support line.
